As part of the new Talking about Our Times post October 7 series, we will meet to watch a recording of Pardes North America’s Rabbi Zvi Hirschfield and Rabba Shani Gross as they model mahloket le-shem shamayim (constructive disagreement) about timely and challenging issues around Israel. After their one-hour teaching, Rabbi Lorin will facilitate our own community conversation, using the norms set out in the Pardes series.
